Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SAFHEE® website (the "site"). The site is operated by Comera Risk Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08728328), registered office Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, BS8 1HP, part of the Comera Group.
By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read them together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
These Terms cover your use of the website. They are not terms of engagement — course bookings, Delivery Partner agreements and consultancy work are each governed by their own separate written terms, and bookings made through the Comera store are governed by the store's terms of sale.
Using our website
You may use the site for lawful purposes — to learn about the SAFHEE® standard and its courses and to get in touch. You must not:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected infrastructure, or disrupt it (for example by introducing malware or attempting to overload it);
- submit false or misleading information, or use our forms to send spam or unsolicited content;
- copy, extract or re-use content from the site except as permitted below.
Information only — not advice
The content on this site is general information about the SAFHEE® standard, its courses and its programmes. It is not safety, security, operational or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. Working in fragile, volatile or hostile environments is a safety-critical activity: nothing on this site is a substitute for a formal risk assessment or for accredited training delivered by qualified personnel. Course content, availability, pricing and accreditations are confirmed at the point of booking.
Trademarks and intellectual property
SAFHEE® is a registered trademark of Comera Risk Ltd (UK00003861861, Classes 41 & 45), and SAFHEE SAFE / SAFHEE SAFE plus are the subject of UK trademark series application UK00004352753 (published May 2026). The content, design, branding, logos, course names and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Comera Risk Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or use them — including the SAFHEE® marks — for commercial purposes without our permission. Only approved Delivery Partners may use the SAFHEE® mark, and unauthorised use of the marks or course materials will be enforced.
Links to other sites
The site links to other Comera Group websites (including the Comera store) and may link to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only; we are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites, and a link does not imply we endorse them.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on any content on it, including any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
